My massage therapist was amazing. She exfoliated my body with an exotic indulgent plant based scrub! It feel a divine as it sounds. I rinsed of in a hot steaming shower, then came the massage. It was one of the BEST treatment I have ever had. I literally went into the "Silk Lounge" and went to sleep. It was that good.

DIY Citrus Body Scrub

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive or  almond oil (or other oil of choice)
1/2 tsp. vitamin E
6-8 drops lemon essential oil or juice of fresh lemon

Instructions:

Combine  sugar and oil until it reaches a paste like consistency. Than add vitamin e and essential oil

              Enjoy!
