Chanelle's 3 Day Summertime Detox Plan

Do you feel like you need to restore your vitality and balance this summer? Try my 3 day summertime detox plan. The recipes and tips come from my book, Reflections of Radiant Beauty ~ Real Beauty from the inside out.

Why Detox?

· The benefits of detoxing include the following:

· Renews overall vitality

 Promotes beautiful skin, hair and nails

· It helps your body get rid of waste clogging in your

colon.
· Refreshes the skin and lymph flow

· Boosts your immune system

· Maintains regular elimination

 During your summer detox try to Eliminate Rice, Potatoes, Bread, Caffine, Alcohol, Dairy & Meat
 
Prepare everything you need in advance to encourage you to finish the plan. Most items can be found a your local health store or Whole Foods Market.

Days 1-3

Morning

Hot Lemon Water

Mid Morning

Brisk Walk, Swimming or Yoga

Noon

Fresh Raw Salad

Afternoon

Apple Cider Vinger Wellness Drink*

Ripe Pears, Peaches or PlumsEvening



Dinner before 7 pm

Late Evening
Sacred Aromatherapy Bath* with lavender, clary sage or geranium

Journal Writing

5 Min Abdominal Massage



Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

When mixed with organic honey, apple cider vinegar can

be enjoyed during cleansing, fasts or general health


prevention. It is a perfect energizing tonic and a healing


elixir. For a perfect blend you will need to add the





following:


· 2 tablespoons of raw organic Apple Cider Vinegar
· 1 cup of purified water


· Organic honey or agave nectar to taste



Remember to shake or stir well before drinking as the


vinegar will settle at the bottom. Rinse mouth thoroughly


with water to prevent acidity on the teeth.











Sacred Aromatherapy Bath Soak




Palmarosa essential oil 4 drops


Lavender essential oil 12 drops


Geranium essential oil 4 drops


Ylang Ylang essential oil 2 drops


Sweet Orange essential oil 3 drops


Dead Sea Salt or Sea Salt 2 3/4 cup


Baking Soda 1/4 cup


handful of mixed dried botanical or herbs


Lavender buds


Rose Petals


Calendula


For moisturizing bath add two tablespoons of your favorite


plant based carrier oil. My favorite is sweet almond oil.
